Privacy & Private Submissions
This notice explains the current approach to information handled through the public A-ForU website, Academy accounts, payments, contact email, and private discussion features.
Private does not mean public. Your private submission is not published automatically, and any future anonymous learning case requires separate clear permission.
Information connected with the service
A-ForU may receive account information needed for sign-in, the module-access and payment-confirmation information needed to provide the Academy, messages you send to contact@a-foru.com, and information you choose to enter in private submissions. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own services and policies; A-ForU does not ask you to send card details by email or private submission.
How private submissions are handled
Private submissions are visible to the member who submitted them and authorised A-ForU administrators reviewing the private queue. They are used to understand the question, manage the submission, and provide an educational response where appropriate. They are not displayed to other members or published automatically.
Keep submissions de-identified
Please do not include names, contact details, employer or brand names, transaction values, product details, account credentials, or confidential or sensitive information. If a future anonymised learning case could be useful, A-ForU will ask for separate clear permission before any use beyond private review.
Contact, service operation, and security
Information may be used to operate, secure, improve, and support the website and Academy, respond to messages, maintain access records, and meet applicable legal obligations. A-ForU takes reasonable steps to limit access to authorised purposes, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your questions and requests
To ask about information connected with your account or a private submission, email contact@a-foru.com from the email address associated with the request. We may need reasonable verification before responding, and some records may need to be retained where required for service, security, payment, or legal reasons.
