Terms of Use & Academy Access

These plain-language terms explain how the current A-ForU Academy is intended to be used. They do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Academy material is for educational retail-relationship learning and practice. It does not promise a sale, income, employment outcome, professional qualification, or an individual response.

Personal learning access

When a module is unlocked, it is made available to the account that completed the purchase. Access is personal, non-transferable, and for your own non-commercial learning. Do not share account access, copy, resell, republish, or redistribute Academy content without written permission.

Use your own judgment

The Academy offers frameworks, examples, and practice for retail conversations. Apply the material responsibly in light of your own role, employer policies, client circumstances, and applicable law. It is not legal, financial, HR, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Respect people and confidential information

Do not use A-ForU to submit or share unlawful, abusive, infringing, or confidential material. In particular, do not enter client names, contact details, employer or brand information, transaction values, product details, or sensitive personal information unless you are authorised and the information is genuinely necessary.

  • Keep your account credentials private.
  • Use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  • Do not represent Academy access as a qualification, endorsement, or guarantee from A-ForU.

Private submissions

A private submission is a request for educational review, not a coaching or professional-service engagement. A-ForU may review a submission and respond where appropriate, but does not promise an individual response or a particular commercial outcome. Private notes are never published automatically.
